MEET THE CLIENT
Scientiverse is a science and technology publication owned by Clearwater Media Group LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA — the same media company behind Daily Retale and Blessed Vibe. The blog is led by Chief Editor John Abraham with a team of highly qualified writers including Lisa Ferguson (MS in Biology, West Point Physics graduate), Selena M. (Biochemistry), and Grace M. (Astrophysics, Penn State).
When they came to Amod Khan Design, Scientiverse had strong academic-level content across six science categories but was running on a plain WordPress layout that didn’t reflect the authority and intelligence of the publication. The site needed a design as sharp and credible as the science it covered.
THE CHALLENGE
Scientiverse was publishing high-quality science content consistently — covering everything from dark matter to nanorobotics — but the homepage presented it all in a flat, unstructured blog grid with no visual hierarchy or featured content. A reader landing on the site had no clear sense of what to read first or why this publication was worth their trust.
For a science blog competing against established media brands, the design needed to signal authority and credibility within seconds. The existing layout was too generic to do that — and without proper structure, strong content was being buried and underread.
